Didn't like the slick finish on the new fabric. Ran it through the washer and dryer and was very happy with the result. It's heavier than what I think of as classic broadcloth for quilting but still nice and soft. Going to make a jumper-type pinafore, God willing, and always have this happy peachy soft yellow around. :-)
